Director of Recruitment
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Recruitment to lead our global talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth staff augmentation environment. This role is critical to scaling our recruitment engine, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier talent to our global client base. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, partnering closely with both internal leadership and external clients, and driving a data-informed and tech-enabled recruitment strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Own and execute the global recruitment strategy across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Design scalable hiring frameworks and improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruiter efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a strategic partner to both internal teams (sales, delivery, operations) and external clients, ensuring alignment between hiring goals and delivery capabilities.
- Act as a consultant to clients on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and coach a global team of recruiters and talent operations specialists.
- Foster a high-performance culture that values accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Innovation & Technology:
- Champion the adoption of AI-driven recruitment tools, sourcing automation, and ATS/CRM optimizations.
- Stay ahead of market trends and continuously introduce best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analytics & Performance Management:
- Use recruitment data to drive decisions, optimize funnel metrics, and report on KPIs.
- Establish clear dashboards and feedback loops to measure team productivity, client satisfaction, and hiring quality.
- Change Leadership:
- Lead change initiatives to elevate recruitment maturity within the organization.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across regional teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in staff augmentation or consulting environments.
- Proven success building and scaling global recruitment teams (LATAM, EMEA, US).
- Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills – you can influence at all levels and build trust fast.
- Experience driving data-led decisions to identify gaps and improve recruitment efficiency; familiar with the latest recruitment tools/ATS.
- Passionate about AI in recruitment, sourcing automation, and process efficiency.
- Demonstrated success leading through change and managing ambiguity in fast-growth environments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Proven ability to source and attract in-demand talent with niche or emerging skill sets, including expertise in cutting-edge or rapidly evolving technologies with limited market availability.
