Senior SEO Specialist
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- Perform competitive analysis, keyword research, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Set measurable SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversion rates).
- Conduct technical audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, page speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, Core Web Vitals, etc.
- Optimize site architecture, internal linking, URL structures, and canonicalization.
- Manage and improve sitemap.xml, robots.txt, schema markup, and redirection logic.
- Guide and implement SEO best practices in product pages, collections, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with content writers and product teams to optimize existing content and develop new assets that rank.
- Define and implement a white-hat backlink acquisition strategy.
- Monitor and manage domain authority and off-site signals.
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Deliver regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
✅ What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
- 4+ years of experience in SEO with proven results (preferably in e-commerce or B2B).
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO and ability to perform hands-on optimizations.
- Familiarity with Shopify (or similar platforms), HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets and drawing insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proactive, independent, and self-driven... You get things done!
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in industrial, construction, or machinery markets.
- Familiarity with schema.org markup and automation of SEO audits.
- Google Search Console API or GA4 integration knowledge.
