Creative Copywriting Analyst

 You’ll craft campaigns that speak directly to our users, across multiple channels – from product pages to performance ads, emails to in-app messages. Every line you write should drive action, build trust, and make people want to click now.

What You'll Do:

  • Write copy for performance campaigns, product launches, CRM flows, videos, landing pages, and in-app messages.
  • Craft clear, compelling narratives and arguments with a focus on acquisition and conversion.
  • Test different headline styles, angles, and structures to find what performs best.
  • Translate technical features into real, relatable benefits for our audience.
  • Contribute to the creative development of campaigns – from the initial idea to the final copy.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and cross-functional teams to align tone, goals, and messaging.
  • Use performance data, benchmarks, and feedback to continuously improve your copy.
  • Blend creativity with AI and automation to deliver high-impact content at scale.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Solid of experience as a copywriter, creative writer, or in a related marketing writing role.
  • Solid understanding of performance copy and an interest in A/B testing, conversion funnels, and results-driven writing.
  • Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, clear, and engaging messages.
  • Excellent writing and spoken skills in Portuguese and in English, with versatility across tones and formats.
  • Experienced in using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills to work closely with design, product, and marketing teams.
