Testing Head at BairesDev

As Testing Head, shape the overall strategy and methodology of our testing processes, using your extensive experience in QA. Focus on designing scalable and effective testing frameworks, guiding strategic decisions, and leading teams to implement innovative testing solutions that meet our long-term quality objectives.

What you will do:

- Architect and develop overarching manual testing strategies and processes across the organization.

- Lead the assessment and implementation of new testing tools and methodologies.

- Define best practices and standards for manual testing, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership on complex testing projects.

- Mentor and guide teams in advanced manual testing techniques and methodologies.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement effective quality assurance strategies for manual testing.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience with testing.

- Strong background in software architecture design.

- Strong understanding of system security.

- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.

- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments

- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.

- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.

- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Advanced level of English.
