Product Designer (Senior, Lead or Principal)

As a Product Designer (at Senior, Lead or Principal level), you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, our User Insights team and other cross-functional teams to craft a world-class products with embedded privacy and data protection features that will revolutionize the way people search, surf, and exist online.

Working on the Design team, you will help accelerate DuckDuckGo’s growth through Design across our current product offering (Search Engine, Mobile Browsers, Desktop browsers, Duck AI and more), as well as helping to pioneer new solutions as we build out the privacy layer for the Internet. Recent projects include:

• Implementing our privacy-first AI chat into our search product
• Launching screen animations for mobile
• Updating the visual design of our mobile browsers to improve perceptions of product look and feel
• Design and test alternative Duck Player mobile entry points and UX

You'll have the opportunity to level up our products through exploring and testing concepts that improve overall experience and increase delight while appealing to a broader audience.
