QA Automation Engineering Director at BairesDev

As a QA Automation Engineering Director, shape the future of quality assurance in our organization using your extensive experience in test automation and QA methodologies. Focus on designing scalable testing architectures, guiding strategic QA decisions, and leading teams to implement innovative testing solutions that meet our long-term quality objectives.

What you will do:

- Architect the overall framework for automated testing, including detailed test cases and plans, aligning with product functionality goals.

- Provide high-level guidance in the collaboration between QA and cross-functional teams for a holistic understanding of product requirements and design.

- Strategize the management and tracking system for bugs and enhancements, incorporating tools like Jira for optimal efficiency.

- Lead the deep analysis of product defects, setting the standard for investigative processes and solutions.

- Define and implement an organization-wide Test Automation strategy, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.

- Champion the development of sophisticated API level automated test scripts, utilizing diverse technologies to enhance testing capabilities.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience with QA Automation.

- Strong background in software architecture design.

- Strong understanding of system security.

- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.

- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments

- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.

- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.

- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Advanced level of English.
