Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites.
• Update and optimize existing websites to enhance functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web development, including security vulnerabilities.
• Apply UX and UI best practices to create visually appealing, high-performing websites.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track website performance.
• Manage and optimize sites hosted on WP Engine, including plugin updates and audits.
• Assist in the integration of marketing tools and APIs.
• Act as a consultant by recommending best practices for web design and performance improvements.
• Assist in writing and maintaining internal documentation and procedures.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages relevant to web development.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and implementation strategies.
Experience using WordPress (Elementor and/or Bricks) for website development.
Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Webflow.
Experience with website analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements

• English Level: C1

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or Figma.
• Consulting experience to provide strategic insights on web development best practices.
• Ability to document processes and write internal procedures.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics GA4 Certification.
• Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus.
