Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and interview candidates from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
  • Evaluate potential candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Screen and assess applicants to ensure the best client fit.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Keep the ATS system updated with accurate notes on each candidate.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to refine job profiles and requirements.
  • Stay updated on international hiring trends, especially in LATAM & global markets.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Recruitment experience, preferably in international staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM job market.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

💡 Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience working with ATS or CRM systems (preferably Monday.com).
  • Skilled in sourcing and attracting talent on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • A passion for recruitment and a drive to grow in the field.
