Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls (no cold calling), inquire about customer needs, and set appointments
- Update and maintain customer account information
- Provide efficient and effective communication with clients

- Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor
- 8 GB RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended
- Two monitors required (if using a laptop smaller than 15")
Headset: Wired noise-canceling microphone with USB connection
Internet: Wired connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
