Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by converting leads into customers and maximizing occupancy across our storage facilities. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Guide potential customers through the rental process, providing information on unit availability, pricing, and promotions.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and improve occupancy rates across our locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and customer acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in self-storage, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and other digital sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
