Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities will evolve as the firm continues to grow. Below is a partial list of current responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aimed at high-net-worth individuals, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and institutional investors.
  • Define KPIs to measure the success of marketing activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and manage the marketing budget to optimize expenditures.

Team and Contractor Management:

  • Manage external contractors responsible for LinkedIn outreach, GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation, and Facebook advertising.
  • Collaborate with an internal team member handling lead vetting and appointment scheduling to ensure a seamless process for qualified leads.

Optimization of Marketing Assets and Processes:

  • Evaluate and refine existing marketing assets, including the website, LinkedIn profiles, and advertising scripts, to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
  • Test and analyze new advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and Google Search.
  • Implement feedback loops to improve marketing scripts and CRM automations.

AI-Driven Innovation:

  • Actively explore and adopt emerging AI tools to enhance marketing operations, including campaign optimization, audience targeting, and content creation.
  • Continuously monitor advancements in AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into the firm’s marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing processes remain agile and quickly adapt to incorporate new AI-driven tools and methodologies.

Content and Event Management:

  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including fund presentations, newsletters, and video content.
  • Organize investor events such as webinars, speaking engagements, and dinners, ensuring strong participation from target audiences.
  • Coordinate guest appearances for the CEO on podcasts and media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably within the real estate investment or alternative investment sectors.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with direct execution, including handling menial tasks when needed.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred), marketing automation tools, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Passionate about leveraging emerging AI tools to innovate and improve marketing strategies and execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting clear and compelling messaging.
  • A mindset of "doing whatever it takes" to achieve results, embodying the versatility required in a small business environment
