Risk and Compliance Manager

We are a fast-growing iGaming company launching the Crypto Casino Project, where we combine blockchain technology with a seamless gaming experience. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager (Crypto) to ensure our operations comply with all applicable regulations while effectively managing risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions in online gambling.

What Experience Is Important to Us

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in fintech or online gambling.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and the legal landscape of online gambling.
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing AML/KYC policies.
• Knowledge of international risk and compliance standards (FATF recommendations, ISO 31000).
• Experience working with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transactions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management and compliance framework for cryptocurrency operations, ensuring ongoing adherence to regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments in crypto and iGaming, assess risks, and adjust policies to mitigate financial and operational threats.
• Oversee AML/KYC compliance, customer verification, due diligence, and fraud prevention measures.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, auditors, and internal teams to maintain compliance and industry best practices.
• Prepare compliance reports, monitor transactions for suspicious activity, and implement proactive security measures.
• Train employees on risk management and compliance, integrating these practices into the company’s broader operations.
