As a Front-end Software Engineer specializing in Web Marketing at TRACTIAN, you will shape the online presence of our innovative maintenance solutions. Leveraging your creativity and expertise in front-end technologies, you will collaborate with marketing teams to design and develop engaging websites, landing pages, and interactive content. Your role directly contributes to showcasing TRACTIAN's value proposition to a global audience, driving engagement and awareness of our predictive maintenance software and CMMS offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and maintain responsive and visually engaging landing pages, event pages, and content pages.
• Develop and implement web marketing materials using,, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with backend systems and APIs to capture user data and analytics.
• Optimize page performance and loading times to provide exceptional user experiences across various devices and browsers.
• Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to continually improve page conversion rates and user engagement.
• Maintain consistency in design, branding, and user experience across all web marketing assets.
• Work closely with best practices to ensure high visibility and accessibility of web content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into effective web solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and trends, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance web marketing efforts.
• Provide technical guidance to non-technical team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Front-end Developer with a focus on web marketing.
• Proficiency in NextJS.
• Strong command of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience creating visually appealing landing pages, event pages, and content pages.
• Knowledge of integrating front-end components with backend systems and APIs.
• Proficient use of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to optimize web page performance for fast loading and smooth interactions.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and their application in web marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
