Business Specialist - Sales Operations

Grupo QuintoAndar Classifieds Business Unit is looking for a specialist to work in high-impact analytical projects that help the operations increase in productivity and revenue. We are looking for someone highly analytical and strategic, who enjoys solving difficult problems and delivering impact, while collaborating with different teams.

Requirements

• Enjoys being part and collaborating with a high performance team;
• Thrives in complex data analysis and problem solving;
• Excels in executive communication, being able to build compelling presentations for senior management;
• Has resilience and gets motivated by new challenges;
• Is dynamic and understands the value of speed;
• Owns the results;
• Fluent oral and written English is required (expect to have meetings and produce content in English);
• Comfortable working with large databases / spreadsheets;
• Comfortable generating complex queries (preferable);
• Has experience with dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker (preferable);
• For non-spanish speakers knowing basic Spanish is a bonus or the willingness to learn it as written and spoken Spanish will be used daily;

Responsibilities

• Solve complex business problems leveraging analysis with large databases;
• Proposes and develop processes and metrics to scale the business;
• Coordinates multidisciplinary efforts that impact different areas of the marketplace, proactively aligning expectations and deadlines;
• Designs and develops dashboards from data collection through various sources to final delivery.
