Senior Production Support Data Analyst

We are in search of a Senior Production Support Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting the data accuracy and completeness within our enterprise data warehouse. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to enhance and ensure the integrity and performance of the data warehouse, which measures critical performance across all aspects of our organization's operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex data issues within the data warehouse
• Design and develop comprehensive source-to-target mapping documents to capture key application data elements
• Oversee the integration of mapping documents from source systems into the data warehouse
• Collaborate with the ETL team to ensure mapping documents adhere to advanced ETL code standards
• Ensure ETL code aligns with sophisticated source-to-target mapping requirements
• Perform high-level data validation to confirm accurate data movement within the data warehouse architecture
• Act as a consultant with reporting teams to resolve any discrepancies between the data warehouse and source system applications

Requirements

• Proven 3+ years’ experience in data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse environment
• 2+ years of experience with Policy & Claims Insurance
• Expertise in SQL and capable of handling complex queries and data structures
• Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, advanced ETL frameworks, and BI architectures
• Expertise in creating and tuning complex Semantic layer Reporting Views
• Experience in leading data discovery sessions with senior business subject-matter experts
• Advanced understanding of RDBMS platforms such as SQL Server and DB2, including generating complex DDL
• Extensive experience and familiarity with Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI, and SAP FS-CD applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capability for effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively within a team setting
• Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
