Diversity and Inclusion Lead at BairesDev
We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Lead to join our Human Resources team. You will design and implement a Diversity and Inclusion strategy that positively impacts BairesDev's positioning with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a cell within the business units and ensuring coherence and alignment with our brand and business goals. What you will do:
- Build and execute a cohesive D&I strategy for 2023–2028, tracking a short-, mid-, and long-term action plan that aligns with the company's brand and business goals.
Implement a scoring, monitoring, and reporting system for D&I-related KPIs. Analyze and design actions to optimize results.
- Evaluate and lead the DE&I certification application, collaborating with PeopleX and brand strategy.
- Guide our DE&I position and narrative, providing strategic support for diversity campaigns, and aligning corporate communications with stakeholders.
- Create and implement BairesDev's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy. Update all files annually to ensure proper internal dissemination and compliance.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience creating, coordinating and implementing sustainability, D&I, or ESG strategies in companies with 1,000+ employees.
- 3+ years of experience implementing sustainability, D&I, or ESG diagnostic assessments, as well as monitoring tools like ISO 26000, GRI, SASB, or TCFD.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing corporate diversity and inclusion policies and processes.
- 3+ years of experience writing or coordinating sustainability reports or related content.
- Proven track record of achieving corporate sustainability and diversity and inclusion certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an advanced level of English.
