Executive Sales

Responsibilities:

As the first sales hire for Avenue Eco in Brazil, you will play a critical role in establishing our presence and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CTO and Founder of Avenue Code, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from hunting and prospecting new clients to conducting product demos and closing deals.

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Avenue Eco’s SaaS products in Brazil.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through effective hunting and prospecting strategies.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to provide market insights and feedback.
  • Drive market share growth and establish Avenue Eco as a leader in the Brazilian SaaS market.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in SaaS sales, with a demonstrable ability to exceed targets.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Experience selling ATS or HR SaaS solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Strong hunting and prospecting skills, with a relentless drive to find new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic startup environment.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the SaaS business model.
