Staff Software Engineer, Backend

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in building a resilient, scalable commerce platform used by our clients across the world. 

In this role, you will be a developer who also serves as a technical reference for the team, providing guidance and expertise in backend development best practices. You will work with different teams to find ways to make things better and make sure that any changes fit with our main business goals.

• You have experience in building backend systems for large-scale applications.
• You are proficient in multiple programming languages. 
• You have a track record of effective mentorship cases, guiding junior and senior team members and a willingness to learn from stakeholders.
• You thrive in dynamic environments and find them energizing.
• You can effectively communicate in English and Portuguese.
• You are based in Brazil, and it is a remote position.
