Senior AI Product Manager

 What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with product leaders to identify and remove roadblocks to success.
• Gain deep insights into the company’s consumers, merchants, internal teams, tristcompetitors, and market trends.
• Develop, articulate, and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Drive product growth and adoption through effective planning and execution.
• Partner closely with the CPO to establish and follow robust product development processes and best practices.
• Identify growth opportunities, evaluate new initiatives, and resolve bottlenecks by aligning cross-functional teams with strategic goals.
• Build and scale high-performing teams by hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and empowering team members to deliver impactful products.
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze data and inform product decisions.
• Engage with key clients to discuss the product roadmap and gather insights.
• Define and implement pricing strategies to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
• Foster transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Ensure the team operates with a shared understanding of goals and priorities.
• Oversee the end-to-end product experience, including product management and design.
• Develop product strategies to achieve both short-term milestones and long-term goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product development or product management roles.
• Proven success in product development and delivering impactful solutions.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Technical background with hands-on experience in software development and AI technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead through collaboration and perseverance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing product management teams.
• MBA from a top-tier program (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. (English and Spanish)
