Marketing / Data Analyst at BairesDev
We are looking for a Marketing - Data Analyst who will collect, organize, analyze and extract insights of the marketing-related data, create dashboards and reports, generate hypotheses, and use data to validate them and generate valuable and actionable insights to help the company to make more and better decisions. This professional will work with data engineers, data scientists, architects, account managers, and business partners to build solutions to improve Clients and Sales experiences.
What You Will Do:
- Identify the available data about all Marketing activities.
- Organize and consolidate this data into dashboards and reports.
- Identify the available data about all clients.

- Extract useful, understandable, and actionable insights from this data.
- Create graphs, charts, and other visualizations for the data to make it more understandable.
- Contribute to the adoption of a data-centric culture within Marketing.
- Be an interface with all data-related areas to stay updated on developing new touchpoints, data sources, and demands.
- Storytelling with data. Participate actively in discussions and decisions regarding the whole Data Analysis.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Professional or academic experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or other related positions.
- Database consulting and handling with SQL.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Dataviz experience for data explanation.
- Experience with Explanatory Data Analysis (EDA).
- Advanced English level.
