Generative AI Lead at BairesDev

We are looking for a Generative AI Lead to take ownership of our innovative LLM email outreach project and elevate it to the next level. As part of an industry-leading lead-generation platform, you will lead the new LLM message composer team, driving performance, outcomes, and stability of the system. This role combines hands-on development with leadership, focusing on scaling and improving our LLM-based solutions, ensuring they outperform legacy systems.

What you will do:

- Lead the Gen AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and removing obstacles.

- Work hands-on in developing the overall solution, creating new features, and ensuring stability.

- Establish and document best practices while transferring knowledge to teams across the organization.

- Serve as the point of contact for upper management, interacting with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs.

- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all Gen-AI efforts across the organization.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET.

- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.

- 2+ years of experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- 1+ year of experience in Prompt Engineering.

- 1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Proficiency in SQL databases.

- Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Databricks.

- Experience with MySQL.
