Senior Product Manager

What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of the platform lifecycle, from conception to retirement,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs at every stage. - Develop a deep understanding of our platform, its features, functionalities, and
underlying technologies, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,
marketing, and sales, to define the platform's vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business priorities. - Lead the creation and prioritization of the platform backlog, user stories, and
acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication and alignment across teams. - Drive Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog
grooming, and sprint review sessions, and foster a culture of continuous
improvement and innovation. - Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to evaluate the platform's
performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decisionmaking. - Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences
throughout the platform's development process, and ensuring that our platform delivers maximum value and usability. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to develop go-tomarket strategies, product positioning, and messaging that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our platform, providing guidance, training,
and support to internal teams, clients, and partners as needed.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of success in platform product ownership roles, with a strong emphasis on understanding and owning the end-to-end platform lifecycle.
- Deep domain knowledge and expertise in e-commerce trends, technologies, and business needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage
metrics and user feedback to drive platform improvements and innovation. - Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Previous experience in platform development or familiarity with software
solutions related to e-commerce. - Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product
Owner, Agile Certified Practitioner).
