HR Operations Associate

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Autonomously manage all payroll cycles with accuracy and compliance.
  • Own all backend processes to onboard a large volume of new hires.
  • Onboard and welcome new hires to Clutch in partnership with the team.
  • Own data integrity in real-time within our HRIS.
  • Own the HR helpdesk as the first line of escalation for employee questions and concerns.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Manage company-wide time off and leave tracking systems.
  • Execute and manage company benefits & perks.
  • Support backend operations behind all people programs & initiatives.

Within 9 months, you will:

  • Manage the internal transfers process in partnership with the Talent team.
  • Manage the backend systems for our performance & compensation review cycles.

Skillset you will bring

  • HR Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Generalist role.
  • Attention to detail: a process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and organization.
  • Systems: basic understanding of payroll systems, data analytics, and information structure.
  • Communication: ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with empathy and clarity.
  • Adaptable: a quick learner who is adaptable to new tools, systems, and processes.
