Customer Success Intern

As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our AI capabilities by classifying and structuring customer feedback data. Your efforts will directly contribute to teaching our AI to better understand consumer conversations about their experiences with brands and products. This role provides a dynamic, environment where you will gain valuable experience in data analysis, artificial intelligence, and customer experience.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
• Available to work 30 hours per week;
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling data;
• Familiar with concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Taxonomy and  Boolean Logic;
• Possess strong analytical, structured thinking, and communication skills;
• Demonstrate curiosity, proactiveness, and a “can-do” attitude, with a readiness to take on responsibilities;
• Intermediate to Advanced English skills, as you will frequently read and speak in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that our clients' accounts are consistently structured by classifying and organizing information to teach our AI to interpret conversations specific to each client’s categories;
• Analyze and interpret data related to product descriptions, customer issues, reviews, and surveys to build compelling data narratives and insights for our clients;
• Conduct data validation and contextual analysis to ensure the accuracy and relevance of insights.
• Research and understand diverse categories within our clients' industries to provide insightful, data-driven recommendations;
• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of our AI tools, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance platform capabilities;
• Assist in the co-creation of Voice of the Customer (VoC) reports and other deliverables that highlight client pain points and opportunities.
