Senior Technical Recruiter
Some of the core responsibilities of a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Synapse will include:
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Working with our sourcing team to identify the ideal candidates
• Submitting candidates for various companies and jobs
• Working on Tech and Non-tech roles
• Sourcing on some of your own jobs (on LinkedIn and in our existing ATS)
• Nurturing your candidate relationships, ensuring our jobs stay top in mind
• Negotiating offers and making hires
Must Haves
• Interested in Modern technology (i.e AI, Blockchain, etc..)
• 3+ years recruiting experience
• Tech Savvy
• Business-minded attitude
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Detail-oriented and goal-setter
• Passionate about helping people
• Interest for web-research
• Desire to explore exciting new industries
