Graphic Designer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field with at least 3+ years of experience within the category. 
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and some experience with PLM programs 
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized. 
• Understanding of the industry processes and steps of product development. 
• Ability to work independently and remain flexible, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, shifting focus as needed to meet business priorities. 
• Previous experience working B2B, with startup companies and American clients. Professional English Level. 
• Prior experience with intimates, sleepwear, and underwear is a plus.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills 

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. 
• Some understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, and typography. 
• General knowledge of apparel manufacturing such as materials, printing techniques, and construction methods. 
• Strong communication skills being able to clearly and concisely communicate their needs to the team. 

Main Tools to manage for this position

• Must be proficient in the following industry standard programs: Dropbox, Teams, Trello, Illustrator, and Photoshop. 
• Hubstaff: Web App and Desktop App 
• Zoom: Meetings and Breakout room 
• Discord: Categories and Channels 

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sr Design with strong attention to detail throughout the entire design process 
• Create and update and organize CADS, linesheets, and tech pack 
• Upload and update information on the PLM system. 
• Set up, manage, and organize Orders in the system. 
• Maintain, upload, and organize season books, online folders, and NuOrder catalog images in the server with attention to detail and organization. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines. 
• Work independently and take initiative, while also being a strong team player.
