What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create and review content for landing pages, rich materials, blogs, newsletters, and institutional materials.
  • Develop SEO-focused content using best practices and tools to increase visibility and organic reach.
  • Create, manage, and optimize educational email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in the brand's message and tone of voice.
  • Demonstrate determination and initiative, overcoming obstacles and completing tasks even in the face of challenges. Work independently and as part of a team, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience as a writer, copywriter, or in a similar position, preferably in technology, fintech, or startups, with a proven track record of success in marketing campaigns and content projects. You must have a true passion for writing.
  • Absolute mastery of the Portuguese language, with exceptional writing and grammar skills.
  • Advanced English (you'll be talking to a multinational team on a regular basis).
  • Experience in creating search engine optimized content, with advanced skills in keyword research, competitor analysis, and the use of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Experience in email marketing, including conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis, as well as the use of tools like Active Campaign, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Analytical ability to evaluate content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results.
