Agile Product Manager and Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and refine product backlogs to ensure clarity and prioritization.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews, to maintain team momentum.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business strategies.
• Develop and articulate detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Track progress, address blockers, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Continuously assess workflows to optimize team productivity.
• Serve as the key liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Product Manager or Scrum Master role within an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing remote product development teams.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficient in Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Trello.

Soft Skills:

Language Requirements

• English Proficiency: C2 level (native or near-native fluency).
