Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify future hiring needs
Soft Skills
- Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role
- Experience working with candidates in the Healthcare Industry
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience with various sourcing techniques and tools
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
