Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify future hiring needs

Soft Skills

  • Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role
  • Experience working with candidates in the Healthcare Industry
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Experience with various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
