Internal Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive demand generation for talent recruitment through content creation and digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, writing, email marketing, and social media management. Familiarity with online communities (e.g., Facebook and LinkedIn) and creating user-generated content (UGC) is highly recommended.
Goal: To engage and attract high-quality applicants, accelerating our recruitment process by building awareness of Teem and creating a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategies aimed at expanding our talent pool, ultimately increasing the volume of qualified applicants.
- Create and manage content for talent-oriented channels, including email marketing, white papers, newsletters, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Leverage external communities such as Facebook Groups, and LinkedIn Groups to attract talent aligned with our company’s needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure strategy alignment.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvement.
- Identify new channels and opportunities to engage prospective talent, fostering brand awareness.
- Produce video and image content to distribute across internal and external channels, enhancing visibility and appeal for prospective applicants.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media and content creation, with a focus on talent or community engagement.
- Proven experience in content creation, email marketing, and social media management.
- Familiarity with user-generated content creation using a cell phone or webcam.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing.
