Executive Assistant
Position summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide essential support to our senior management team, handling everything from complex scheduling to client communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring operations flow seamlessly while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Occasionally, you may assist with monitoring corporate social media accounts or managing the company’s online presence. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a basic understanding of financial concepts are highly desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Administrative support: Provide comprehensive support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Scheduling and travel arrangements: Coordinate complex schedules and manage travel logistics with precision.
- CRM management: Use CRM systems to organize contacts and maintain client relationships.
- Communication facilitation: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear, effective communication.
- Confidentiality and integrity: Handle sensitive information with discretion and the utmost professionalism.
Must-have skills:
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Proficiency in scheduling and CRM software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Clear, professional communication skills with a proactive approach.
Nice-to-have skills (but not required):
