Customer Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our clients. Your main duties will include providing training and guidance to clients, assisting with the setup and configuration of our products/services, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process
Assist with the setup and configuration of our products/services
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding process
Track and report on the progress of client onboarding
Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in client onboarding or customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
