IT Senior QA Specialist | Fluent English | International Project | Remote

Responsabilidades:

The Role

• Responsible for leading test efforts and test resources, including large complex QA projects/programs (multiple sub-projects) across functional areas or multiple systems;
• Works closely and collaboratively with IT and Business Teams, internal resources to ensure that projects are delivered with quality by adhering to standards, processes and procedures and applying industry best practices where appropriate;
• Coach and mentor other QA resources, and provide workload management support;
• Drives and implements opportunities to uplift QA capability.

Requisitos:

Pre-project:

• Provide High Level estimates for project requests and plans the team capacity.

Requirements:

• Analyzes and understands the business requirements;
• Participate in projects requirements grooming sessions and Scrum calls.

Test Planning:

• Provides inputs for the detailed estimates, creates test plan, test scenarios and test cases for the assigned projects; 
• Creates/conditions test data required for execution;
• Prepares test execution plan;
• Ensure daily/weekly status reports are communicated, including test plan progress against milestones, issues and risks are identified and escalated to PM and Project team;
• Coordinate/collaborate with other QA leads to ensure interfacing apps/test cases are created and test cycles planned;
• Identify automation opportunities.

Test Execution:

• Ensure test execution readiness, including data conditioning and cross-system dependencies;
• Execute test cases and ensure daily/weekly status reports are communicated, including progress against milestones, issues and risks are identified and escalated to QA lead;
• Identifies issues and escalates, as appropriate;
• Revise test cases for Change Requests;
• Complete and review test results document with stakeholders;
• Support UAT execution and defect management;
• Enable teams to apply automation for all possible test execution.

Test Closure & Monitoring:

• Participate in Post-Project review;
• Ensure regression test suites are updated;
• Provides input for the release retrospection.
