Manual QA Professional (Accessibility Tester)

The Position

We're looking to hire a Manual QA Professional (Accessibility Tester) to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We are Looking For

• 5+ years of professional testing experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience with accessibility testing.
• Advanced English is required.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1 (AA) guidelines.
• Meaningful experience of assistive technologies and accessibility-related software including JAWS® and NVDA and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with product teams on accessibility compliance.
• Experience defining, developing, and performing accessibility testing based on standards and best practices.
• Experience using assistive technologies, including screen readers, to assess accessibility.
• Experience managing and executing test cases to ensure appropriate coverage of system functionality.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
