Social Media Specialist at BairesDev
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to collect and analyze social media data to create optimized reports and generate insights for social analytics, social listening, monitoring, and benchmarking to guide strategy for content creation and overall campaigns.
What You Will Do:
- Collect data and generate intelligence reports on our social media performance.
- Analyze and generate insights on direct competitors' social media.
- Work closely with the Social Media Community Engagement Specialist to produce robust, comprehensive social listening reports and insights.
- Work closely with the Social Media Content Development Specialist to positively influence content strategy.
- Analyze BairesDev's social media and digital presence to suggest improvements and strategic and tactical directions.
- Create campaign reports for various stakeholders across the company.
- Support team members in maintaining best practices in our social media management tool.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence techniques applied to social media analytics.
- Previous experience producing understandable, actionable data reports.

- Critical and creative thinking skills.
- Collaborative teamwork.
- The ability to work with and gain insights from data.
- Advanced level of English.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience in technology or related fields.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, digital acceleration, and offshoring technology.
- Knowledge of social media and content management tools like Hootsuite and Oktopost.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and similar tools.
