Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English language; B2 Level or Higher.
• At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce architecture, including understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
• Strong skills in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with the Architect role, to design and implement complex Salesforce architecture.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) principles.
• Experience with Programming languages such as JavaScript.
• Familiarity with API integrations and SDKs; knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of JSON Data Structure.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly Salesforce Cloud offerings, among others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy Development: Define the data architecture strategy and framework for utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud effectively in alignment with the organization's overall data strategy.
• Architecture Design: Design and develop data models, data structures, and architecture conducive to the business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and performance.
• Integration: Create and manage data integration processes between Salesforce Data Cloud and other systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms. This could involve API development and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Data Governance: Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations (like GDPR).
• Teamwork: Work closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate those into actionable data solutions.
