Customer Journey Analyst
We are seeking a Customer Journey Analyst (CJA) with expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be focused on optimizing customer experiences by leveraging AEPs tools and capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing customer journeys, utilizing data analytics, journey mapping, and recommending improvements that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
Requirements
- Advance level of English (B2+)
- 4+ in customer experience analysis, journey mapping, or a related role.
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization through AEPs orchestration features.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Adobe Audience Manager for data analysis and reporting.
