Strategic Accounts Manager
Superside’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team is seeking a motivated and skilled Strategic Accounts Manager with a proven track record in building and executing 1:1 ABM programs. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of personalized ABM campaigns targeted at Superside's strategic expansion accounts.As one of the first members of our 1:1 ABM team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our ABM approach, building foundational processes, and driving impactful, research-informed programs in collaboration with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own the strategy and execution of 1:1 ABM campaigns for Superside’s strategic expansion accounts, including account research and analysis, engagement strategy, persona building, and reporting on campaign effectiveness and attribution
- Conduct in-depth account research to identify key insights and build tailored ABM strategies, selecting the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for each account
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success leadership to align on objectives and ensure initiatives are targeted, impactful, and achieve intended goals
- Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, including pacing towards goals, and share findings with key stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets and enablement tools are delivered on time and meet quality standards
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Proven success in executing 1:1 ABM campaigns, from account research and persona development to campaign execution and reporting
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive ABM strategies
- Excellent project management skills to prioritize and manage timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality assets
- Experience in collaborating across teams (marketing, sales, and customer success), with strong communication skills to build alignment and foster trust
- Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to understanding and addressing customer needs for value-driven experiences
- Proficiency in ABM tools and platforms, with a curiosity for AI and how it can be applied to increase efficiency
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
