Associate Creative Director

 Superside is seeking a strategic and innovative Associate Creative Director to lead and elevate our creative capabilities. In this role, you’ll spearhead a globally distributed team of top-tier creatives, driving excellence across creative and design services for enterprise customers like Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Reddit, and Google.
With a focus on strategic solutions, operational excellence, and creative leadership, you’ll ensure the delivery of impactful, high-quality outputs that exceed customer expectations. You’ll also help integrate innovative processes and AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability in a fully remote working model.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead creative excellence, setting high standards for visual storytelling, impactful communication, and design innovation to align with brand values
  • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring quality and consistency across all creative outputs, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships, deeply understanding client needs and aligning creative solutions to their business goals
  • Partner with clients to proactively identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver impactful creative strategies that drive business value
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen by identifying upsell and growth opportunities within client accounts, contributing to revenue expansion
  • Manage multiple high-stakes accounts and projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and cohesive outputs across all phases
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing creatives, fostering professional growth and encouraging a collaborative, iterative design process
  • Champion AI integration in creative workflows to improve efficiency and scalability, while staying updated on advancements and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions, educating team members on effective tool usage
  • Drive innovation by staying informed on industry trends to maintain relevance and provide strategic value to clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role in a top-tier creative agency or in-house global design team
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic creative work, with an emphasis on digital creative and innovation
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative processes, workflows, and integration.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to present and articulate creative strategies effectively
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing creative teams
  • Customer-centric mindset with experience managing creative projects and stakeholder relationships from start to finish
  • Bias for action with a proactive, execution-driven approach to delivering results in a dynamic environment
