JobResponsibilities:

• Migrate candidate database to our updated recruiting management system (Zoho Recruit)
• Keepourrecruiting management system organizedanddailyupdated
• Learnourmainrecruiting roles andpracticehuntingroutine in externalandinternalsources
• Learnandpracticeconstantandclear communication with candidates
• Supportteam in end-to-endrecruiting processes
• Supportteam in otheroperationalandinternal HR processes
• Participation in weekly meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers

Requirements

• Interest in focusing on the routine of attracting and selecting professionals, with greater emphasis on the fields of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning
• Interest to develop candidate’s database management skills
• Advanced English for communication with American team members
• Good organization and analysis skills, with an interest to enhance them in the workplace routine
• Flexibility to strengthen the skill of collaborating on different projects with the necessary support and guidance
